For my hierarchy final project we were told to design, and build a book based on a poem or a song. I got a little carried away with this and went with The Purple Bottle by Animal Collective. It is 14 pages long, its got the lyrics and my visual interpretation of them. I made this to my ex-girlfriend actually because yes i am still extremely infatuated with her and this song/book is kind of my way of celebrating that. I wish i could give this to her but we don’t talk anymore and that kind of sucks. But still that doesn’t mean its bad to feel inspired by this right? I feel really happy with the final result because i feel it came from the purest part of my heart as lame as that sounds.
My color palette was mostly purple and green… and some reds to make some text stand out.
